referral opportunities, mentorship programs, and related services provided by V Club

3.1 V Club Dubai provides professional business networking services, including curated events, community access, referrals, and collaboration opportunities.

5.3 Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5.4 All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of V Club Dubai and may not be reproduced without permission.
V Club Dubai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
We maintain confidentiality of member information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms. Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
